The ETHOS Project 2025 officially came to a close after three months of collaboration between students from Academic City University (Ghana) and the University of Dayton (USA).

From May to August, the team worked on robotics kits and robotic arms using 3D-printed components made from recycled plastic. This hands-on project challenged students to apply their technical skills, address real-world problems, and learn from one another across cultures.

We wrapped up with a closing session where the student team presented their work and reflected on their experiences. What stood out most was how they spoke about the lessons they gained from each other, the friendships they built, and the new perspective they carry on using engineering for impact beyond the classroom.

A big thank you to our partners at the University of Dayton for being part of this journey. We look forward to continuing this collaboration and creating even more opportunities for learning, building, and impact in the future.
