DTI Students Visit ACity TEC for Innovation and Inspiration
Educational Visits
On May 31, 2024, Academic City’s Technology and Entrepreneurship Center (ACity TEC) welcomed students from the Design & Technology Institute (DTI) for an educational tour.
The visit offered a behind-the-scenes look at TEC’s design and manufacturing processes, where students learned about professional prototyping and how CAD/CAM technology drives innovation.
During the tour, students met Academic City alumnus Barnabas Nomo, co-founder of Goliath Robotics. He shared his inspiring journey of starting his company as a student and provided valuable insights into CAD/CAM and entrepreneurship.
The visit highlighted ACity TEC’s dedication to fostering learning and inspiring the next generation of innovators.
