This innovative system allows remote control and optimization of lights, fans, and air conditioners, aiming to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions while providing convenience and cost savings. The system features smart sensors for occupancy and ambient light detection, enabling remote control through a mobile app or web interface. Users can customize settings, such as occupancy delays and temperature thresholds, prioritizing energy efficiency. By automatically adjusting lighting, fans, and air conditioning based on occupancy and natural light availability, significant cost savings are achieved. The system seamlessly integrates with existing infrastructure, offering a costeffective retrofit option and contributing to a more environmentally sustainable approach by reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

The system’s functionality includes occupancy detection, light control based on ambient light levels, and regulation of air conditioning for comfort. Users can remotely monitor and control the system through a mobile app or web interface, promoting energy savings, convenience, and sustainability. The successful completion of the initial project phase focused on developing a wireless device control system accessible via smartphones.
